(We all had seconds...) 1 lb pasta, 1/2 cup light cream, 8 oz jar of Basil pesto. I might increase mushrooms to 16 oz next time, too. I forgot to buy the grape tomatoes, so cut up several Campari tomatoes. My husband doesn't feel like it's a meal without meat, so I sauteed 1 lb of chicken cut into 2" x 1/4" strips, seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon pepper and onion powder. Next time, I'll try it with shrimp.
